Return Policy

Please contact National Laminating Inc. (NLI) to receive a returm merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  No Returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.

All defective products will be accepted by NLI for credit, exchange or repair within 30 days of the invoice date.  NLI will pay any freight charges incurred in returning defective items.

Returns of non-defective goods are allowed within 30 days of the invoice date for credit or exchange.  A re-stocking charge of 25% on supplies, or $25.00, whichever amount is greater, and 40% on equipment, of the purchase price applies.  Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging and in resalable condition.  The customer is responsible for return freight charges on these items.

All non-stock, special order equipment and supplies and customized product sales are final and are not eligible for return.  Any defective non-stock, special order or customized product will be repaired or replaced with the exact same product.
